omg!

the process of our fyp is so dramatic.
started off as some consumer behavior thing..
then prof asked us to do on tourism.

then from general aspect, changed to do on hosp servqual.
we approached almost all the local hosps,
contacted and bugged them for months..
but in the end all rejected us.

wanted to do on clinics,
wanted to do on just singaporeans.

then finally changed our direction to TCM
and the 3 of us had just translated the entire servqual into chinese overnight..
it's unbelievable..
i totally cannot translate..
many thanks to mitch and aj for their help!

we have consulted everyone possible.
like owner of online forum,
even emailed MP,
sought help from profs
and even dean.

and not to mention our deadline is 14 march.
please allow us to survey this time round.

other than that, school itself is very busy too..
but i guessed we're getting used to the many projects
and the so many things that confuse me about which is for which module.

well, may be the busyness is good as it helps us to prepare for work :)

oh..i was thinking of how to spell busYness..
and accidentally typed busIness.
