i was watching entertainment news then saw the release of Deathnote 2 at HK..
and i saw the guy who played as L.
he looks so different..
looks a little bigger in size than the little boy L.
so cute!
lol..
don't really like kira as he's so cold hearted.
and i think L is alot smarter! :)


need to find some time to watch the second episode of the anime.

i want to buy manymany things from gmarket!
so pretty!!
so cheap!!

i spent 3 hours waiting at ICA.
with only a bread for brunch.
with no place to sit.
with no one to talk to.
with nothing to do.

and i'm supposed to do some work today.
FAILED.

still happy coz i bought quite a few things over these two days :)

it feels so nice to have a free day :)
found a site to download spss!
yay!

discussed 213 project until 4pm
and thought that i can then go to ICA to collect passport.
but mum had to send dad to airport and couldn't wait for me.
wanted to go there by myself and luckily i looked at the opening hours again...
it closes at 4.30..
omg! so early...
then thought i can collect on monday, which is the last day for the collection
but remembered that i've ecommerce quiz on mon so will only end at 5.30.
oh no!
that means i got to go there early in the morning tmr and join the peak period queue.
and i still gtg sch tmr...
sigh

mum's car was sent for maintanence as required when it reaches 1000km mileage.
and it only reached this within two weeks..
so fast!
coz nobody like to sit or drive the old car anymore...
lol..

but after the maintenance,
the door was stained by some chemicals
and the workshop pple denied that it's their fault.
like who else will carry chemicals around.
they even said that maybe when the new car arrived,
it was already like that!
yeah rite..
so irresponsible..
bad service!
thus the poor agent got to bear all the cost.


just dislike people who pushes away the blame
and those who are so hypocrite.
which makes me dislike going for lessons.

Quite lazy to blog these days.
went to vivocity on friday!
first time there..
then the fav imperial herb has moved to there..
with very funny seats!
can u imagine a traditional chinese herb restaurant having sofa seats made like basketball, soccerball and with a neon blue bar counter

coz someone whined that he wasn't invited the other day.

so went to shop there...
think it's quite a good shopping place.
bought a top frm g2000 for 214 presentation.
just very irritated with it.

then went to esplanade and get..


super delighted!

so as a reward,
accompanied my boy to watch ManU VS Liverpool at harry's.
lol..just kidding..
thanks for tolerating my nonsense.
but anyway,
ManU won :)

today is friday the 13th!
but it's been quite a happy day for me :)

started the day at 211 class,
presented after xiaoting's group.
it was such a relief!
the tutor actually said that he liked it..
like for the first time!!
aj and i used to dislike him so much after our depressing guanxi presentation.
lol..
finally a big burden is down :)

then went to nus to get surveys.
met many nice and helpful people and also some very hostile ones.
but well, we managed to hit the number of surveys that we need.
:)

mum went to fetch me in her new wish*
weee!
i like the colour :)
kept changing and changing the colour and finally decided on this.

had dinner at some place and fetched grandpa and grandma too!
all of us can finally fit into a car.
feels like going on a holiday when i'm in it..lol..


time to have some rest after a busy week
and prepare for a busier one.

it's such a busy week.
can't seem to find time for some studying too..
there are so many projects and presentations!

chose the modules that i wana take at GT
gona be so pro in marketing if i get them..lol..
since they are like almost all the modules that GT has for marketing.
can't imagine that i will spend the whole sem taking 5 modules on it.

went to settler's cafe on sat
and celebrated robbie's bdae.
it was really fun though it's just pictionary and taboo.
laughed non-stop.

i can't wait for everything to be over
when i can finally stop thinking about any school work.

wanted to go to Chinese Garden and be childish
but when i went out of my house in the evening,
i was shocked to see how hazy everywhere was.
reached jurong east and realised that i couldn't take the haze anymore.
it's giving me headache and some breathing difficulties.
so decided to abandon the plan
and ended up in the library reading books on georgia.
i was really unhappy for some other reason.

on the way home,
saw an auntie wearing mask while carrying lantern!
lol..

hmm..i should start learning golf or mahjong or soccer..
to be part of the action
and not end up like some student's review on the school
that said that it lacks the social part
as people just stay in their rooms to play video games.

i don't mind playing video games though.

A miracle happened today!!!

I was still in my dreams while my phone rang and I saw the number "679..."
always so scary to receive calls starting with these numbers.
i picked up the phone and the gip person said that they are offering me US!!
and less than 2 hrs later,
i had to go school to meet them.
omg!
i was so shocked!!
and it's Georgia Tech!!
thought i was dreaming.

i felt so lost.
really didn't know what to do
or what should i do.

though it was my second choice after UW,
i'm already quite prepared to go to China
after telling myself for so long that China would be the best place.

couldn't reach someone and i was jumping around the house being so excited!
talked to kelly and he told me that he thought not everybody can go.
"-.-

i was really in a dilemma
but i know that it is very lucky of me to be chosen
due to my not-up-to-standard results.
talked to dad on the way to school
and he said US is definitely a better place to learn and exp.

went to the office and they asked if i'm seriously interested in going.
there are only 4 people frm nbs going
and that includes me.
the only one in marketing
and the only girl.

But,
i made up my mind to go for it.
i will learn to be strong in the scary US.

i feel happy deep inside,
underneath all the many concerns.
thanks to the gip people
and whoever for this very special miracle :)


At the same time,
i feel so bad for not going gip china with aijia, cecilia and charmaine.
and also cause another person to lose this chance.

oh man!!lucky!!! congrats congrats!! haha now u will only be a domestic flight away from that someone ah.. hahaha nvm can visit different parts of US and save on accomodation now!! SO GOOD!!!! i also want lah! errr now ur dad must have more frequent flyer points to let u fly back more often! haha.. u wont be here for CNY right? i help u take ang baos!

i've installed IE7.
it looks really cool and the font looks different too.
since nobody wana try so i be the guinea pig lorz..
though initially it was a little hard for me to search for the buttons.

love it as i can stay at home to do the report

think it's better than lecture as most likely will be more attentive
