i like this photo :)




that's our cuckoo clock from black forest.
it's up on our wall now :)
a lady pulls the bell with each cuckoo
and the couples dance as the music plays.
A Happy Wanderer is one of the two alternate tunes :)

but the cutest is the little couple turning their heads to kiss each other..
wanted to get that but a little weird for us..lol..
i will ask my husband to get it next time! xP




credits to dad for getting a good camera (which i thought was super unglam)
and taking so many beautiful photos..
took like 1000+ photos, 4GB!




but see.. my camera is not bad too!
since i can't afford a rolex at bucherer,
i got this..lol..
i love musical boxes,
and especially staring at the gears move.
this plays edelweiss.
so soothing :)


and of course,
i love switzerland :)

Our trip! :)



we went to so many places that i can't really recall all them..
the funny thing was that we thought that we were going to transit to zurich until when we reach airport
when the tour guide told us that we were going to doha then transit to frankfurt!



but it was really tiring to wake up at 6am everyday
such that coz of the jetlag, i wake up at 2-3pm now.


my camera kind of like exploded when we were at jongfraujoch!
i don't know if it's coz of the pressure or that my glove was cover the flash

which resulted in spark and smoke coming out when i took a photo..
it freaked me out!
but it seemed to be alright after i found the courage to on it again during the night..hee

the photos are super huge so i found an easier way to post them :)

Finally able to tap on some internet connection for the entire trip
and we're at our final destination.

breath-taking i would say.





On a side note,
i was looking some stuffs
and suddenly many things seem so distant.
It's like i've been living in a different world.


sometimes i feel so lost.
i really don't know how to handle everything.

It was a little crazy,
a little high.
A dose of sweetness,
filled with laughter
and a spoonful of fun :)


I'll be flying off so soon,
on sunday, to switzerland & paris!
swiss looks really nice from jiehui's photos :)
i wonder how it will be like to ski on the swiss alps!
it makes me think that i'm really tiny in comparison to the alps,
just hope that i will not roll down like a snowball..lol


but i'm not really very excited about the trip
as there are just too much things to be done
and i don't really want to spend christmas away from here.


and the other reason is that i want to visit those places with the special someone

cool! which part of switzerland are u visiting? haha part im in (near zurich) was snowing for the past 2 days but it's stopped already. really nice with all the snow-capped roofs though. but i heard it wasnt snowing in the geneva area.

when will ur trip last till?

sian i'll be having exams from 19th - 21st dec! after that will be heading to barcelona and madrid then back to sg. :(

im visiting places like zurich, interlaken, zermatt, geneva. i have no idea what are they..lol..
i'll reach on the 17th then leave switzerland on 22nd..and the trip will end on 26th..pretty short coz no time!

oohh those cities are the main cities in switzerland. haha anyway zermatt is nice! and should be very cold. u'll see the matterhorn there. it's the mountain on the toblerone choc boxes.

yes it's been quite cold! esp since u're not used to the weather yet. haha but after a while should be ok lah.

anyway, when i was in paris, the people were qt rude to us cos we dont speak french. :(

As we grow,
our priorities in life change.

I don't know why
but i'm suddenly feeling so afraid that someday,
i may wake up
to realise that i'm being shuffled, once again.

do all of ours changes so easily?

Perhaps there's only a choice between
all that we want
and all that we need.
