i seemed to get sore eye very easily these days..
like out of the blue,
after i bathed,
my eye will become very red and itchy and abit painful.. :(

is it coz of the contact lens solution thingy?
but it happens even when i wore dailies..
and i realised that my eyelashes keeps falling into my eyes..
i don't want to have no more eyelashes left :(

i don't know how to use the eye wash thing
how do u open ur eyes, tilt the cup side to side and rinse it?

when i take a step forward,
i find myself falling back two steps instead.
