I woke up today to see 4 bruises on my knees :(

I need to learn to believe
and not be over-protective over myself
so i tried trust walk all the way from the train station to home.
It felt safe.
hope i will eventually believe in something again.

but well, i still love the sweet indulgences :)

the raspberry subst for choc souffle :(
