This is the first cny spent overseas,
the cny without hong baos,
the cny without new year clothes.

but nevertheless,
we had homemade yusheng,
nian gao,
longan red date tea,
tang yuan (made by xx and me!),
bobochacha,
all the shao meats!

had cny dinner on friday night
it was like a potluck and each meal plan cooked or bought dishes.
went to the activity center to have this party
and the whole event was really great with lots of good food, and fun!
there was even "yumseng" by the guys and it was sooo long and loud..

on saturday,
there were mj sessions.
followed by steamboat using rice cooker as the pot!
lol..it took really long for the stuffs to be cooked each time
and there was even chicken rice..
so yummy!

after that, there were so many desserts and new year goodies
and we started playng blackjack.
it was so crazy, fun and super noisy until like 3am?
i really pity the 416 roomates..
lol..

my dad called me on that night and i talked to my ahma for awhile..
then went online to videocall with them..
it was not really clear and the connection was very weak
but i felt very happy seeing them
and the usual new year room with happy people that i will see every year
:)

my aunt even showed me the hongbaos that they give me!
they didn't forget abt me!

lol..

ok..
